Website Terms of Use

Effective date: September 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of stewardli.ai, the public website of Stewardli Inc. They cover browsing the site, booking a call with us, and contacting us. They do not govern the donor-stewardship services we provide to nonprofit clients; those are covered by a separate written agreement with each client.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using stewardli.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Stewardli Inc. (“Stewardli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Canadian company that helps nonprofit organizations strengthen relationships with their donors. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.

3. Using this website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest content or contact information from the Site by automated means, except for search engines and AI answer engines indexing publicly available pages
  • Introduce malware or take any action that interferes with the Site's operation or availability
  • Misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with any organization when contacting us

4. Booking a call and contacting us

The Site lets you book an introductory call and contact us by email. Booking a call or sending us a message does not create a client relationship, an obligation on either side, or any commitment to a 100-Donor Pilot or other services. Any engagement with Stewardli begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

When you book or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use a business email address and telephone number that you are entitled to use.

5. Information, not advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of our approach, example outcomes, and case studies, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, fundraising, or professional advice, and results described on the Site are illustrative. Every organization’s donor base is different, and outcomes vary. Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice tailored to your organization.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Stewardli name and mark, the Nora name, page layouts, and underlying code, are owned by Stewardli or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other use, including reproduction or redistribution, requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

Call scheduling on the Site is provided by Calendly and loads inside a window on our page. Your use of that scheduler is also subject to Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy. The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stewardli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stewardli and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or donations, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information collected through the Site, cookies, and analytics, is described in our Privacy Notice. Our commitment to an accessible website is described in our Accessibility Statement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts of Ontario, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
